Step 2 - The Quantum Leap Coach Systemâ„¢

The structure of transformation in a streamlined, easy-to-use and proven model

As a coach, it is invaluable to have an overarching system that brings it all together.

Transformation has a structure to it. A clear pathway to getting your clients deeply transformational results, no matter the client, the type of outcome they want or how complex their story is.

If more coaches had access to a system like this, they'd experience less overwhelm and confusion in their coaching sessions, they'd get greater results, and feel far more confident in putting themselves out there in their business.

It's one thing to have a set of tools, powerful questions to ask, interventions to apply, but when you use them in a streamlined way to guide your client through a transformation, you'll save yourself and your client a lot of time. Not only that, the results you'll get are going to be far more impactful.

The Quantum Leap Coach Systemâ„¢ teaches you how to quickly and effectively pinpoint what needs to be cleared for your client and how to help them awaken to and align with a new way of being, so they are ready to take effortless and inspired action.

You do this by gathering the right information. Information that leads to transformation. And by ENERGIZING that information so that transformation can actually occur.

Coaches are a dime a dozen nowadays.

GREAT coaches,however, not so much.

If you want to make an impact, and work with clients you love, you need to be able to get life-changing results.

The results need to last. Plus, you need to be able to repeat those kinds of results. And for that, change needs to occur at a deeply neurological level.

The traditional way of coaching no longer cuts it; It's time to move beyond the superficial, and

connect clients with their infinite potential.

The Quantum Leap Coach System: the 6 phases of transformation
In creating the Quantum Leap Coach System, there were a couple of things that I held in the back of my mind that were important to me. I have watched so many coached struggle with the same issues over the years, I felt they needed to be addressed. Here are some of those issues: Feeling lost and overwhelmed, not knowing how to dig deep, not knowing what to do when something real does show up, feeling drained at the end of the coaching session, taking too many or too little notes, not knowing what information is relevant or not, sessions taking too long and too many sessions, uncomfortable silences and not knowing what question to ask next. There is usually an overload of tools and worksheets, but coaches don't really know what to use when. And most coaches complain that they feel their sessions are too superficial.

With the Quantum Leap Coach System, you always know where you are in the change process. You know what information you need that leads to transformation, and you always know what to ask next. You know exactly what is relevant and what not, and you take notes in a 1 page overview.
There QLCS consists of 6 phases, each with a different purpose and part of the transformation.

Phase 0 - Story-lining

The problem your client comes to you with is hardly ever where the problem actually starts. They'll come to you feeling frustrated, resentful, guilty, hopeless, stuck, overwhelmed, etc. These are all end states.

Storylining is a process that helps you quickly identify where the story DOES start. This, btw, is not a case of going back to childhood events. Instead, you focus on where in the context of the problem it actually starts.
Eg, a client comes to you because they are feeling frustrated and resentful in their relationship. Their needs aren't met, they feel like they are doing all the work and their partner doesn't prioritize them. Where it may start is in the beginning of the relationship, where your client is so afraid of losing their partner that they completely ignore their own needs and wants, has a focus on appeasing their partner, not setting healthy boundaries etc. If you only solves the resentment or focus on the decision of whether to stay or whether to go, your client might end up going in to the next relationship doing the exact same thing with the exact same outcome.
Story-lining helps you nip the problem in the bud so it doesn't have to get to those end states. By re-writing the beginning, you end up re-writing the end.

Phase 1 - Building The Story

Once you know where the problem starts, you learn to uncover the STRUCTURE of the problem.  In traditional coaching you're taught that you don't focus on problems or the past. However, it is in the structure of the problem that the solution is hidden. You want to know how your client's neurology is keeping them stuck where they are rather than aligning and taking action on where they want to be.
You also learn how to help your client identify their desired outcome, from a place of unlimited possibility. This is another reason why uncovering the structure of the problem is so important: to help your client step out of their problem way of thinking and ready them for moving into believing what's possible for them.

Phase 2 - Detection And Analysis

Knowing how your client is doing their problem, means that you know exactly how they are creating their experience using their entire mind-body-emotion system and from here you can identify what patterns and distortions are at cause. By looking at these patterns you are one step closer to identifying where the change power is (ie the one or two patterns in thinking / feeling that if you change those, the entire system shifts and allows your client to effortlessly get to their goals without the need for will power)

Phase 3 - Figuring Out The How

In the Detection and Analysis phase you end up with an overview of patterns and distortions. Now it's important to figure out which ones to work on, through a process of prioritization. You'll learn how to identify where the leverage points are for your client. By going through this process, you go directly to the core of what to work on, which saves you time and create a deeply life-changing experience for your client.

Phase 4 - Setting The Outcome

At this point you and your client are clear on what to change and what the outcome will be. Usually you need to circle back to the outcome statement, because it will be more informed and more refined with all of the information your client now has. Going through the first three phases means they are much more clear on the potential consequences of this decision, as well as the cost of staying where they are and benefits of where they want to be. Now they are able to fully commit to the desired outcome and the work that it will take, which they are now fully aware of.  All of that is part of setting the outcome.

Phase 5 - Getting The Outcome

Now you know exactly what to change and you have complete buy-in from your client, you are read for the change work. You want to create change not just on a cognition level, but on a neurological level so your client actually feels differently and naturally takes a different kind of action. You need a series of interventions and techniques that will help you do so, which is what the Quantum Leap Your Transformation Into Flow program is for (unless you already have those tools at your disposal, of course)
Benefits of having a transformational coach system:

Always know where you are in the transformation process

There is a specific set of information that leads to transformation. It doesn't matter whether you are into health coaching, wealth building, overcoming toxic relationships, helping women find their soul purpose, the structure of their experience is the same no matter the situation. Coaching is all about structure, not content. What this means is that the type of information you need to gather is the same, always.

With the QLCS you'll always know what information you need, what information is missing, and what you need to ask in order to get the right information. You get to the heart of things quickly, and only work on what will make the biggest impact for your client.

Building a coaching program

The Quantum Leap Coach System allows you to create a coaching program that is specifically designed for an individual and at the same time you can use it to create a coaching program for an ideal type of client in a particular niche. That's because the structure of a specific problem for a specific type of person is the same, so the interventions are 90% the same as well. This means that over time you will be able to scale your business by identifying what needs to be done 1-on-1 and what you can do as a group. I see a ton of new coaches ask questions about how to build a group program. I believe that should be part of your training to begin with.

In-depth market research

My clients learn how to use this system to do in-depth market research. This means they are able to talk about the problem they solve at a far deeper level than their competitors, simply because they are able to dive deeper than most coaches are able to go. Deeply understanding your client isn't a marketing skill. It's a coaching skill.
The way I view marketing and sales is that it is less about all the tricks that are out there, and more about making an authentic connection with others and showing -- from a place of passion and care -- what you stand for and what you can do for someone. And that starts with your ability to get results.

Accelerate your coaching mastery

Pulling all that you have learnt together in a streamlined system is the fastest way to coaching mastery. There are so many skills and interventions out there that you don't really need. They're nice to know, not need to know. I have done a lot of different things over the years (time-line therapy, hypnosis, NLP, different coach trainings, neuro-semantics) and I've found that only 5% of all the information out there will give you 95% of the results. Focus on that 5% first, so you start getting consistent results, and then you can focus on the rest.

How the program is set up:

1. Online videos and audio

The entire Quantum Leap Coach Systemâ„¢ has been explained in-depth through videos, examples, exercises and audio files. You get life-time access to these materials, so you can re-visit as many times as you like to get the most out of training.

2. Weekly practice calls (12)

The program where you learn each phase of the system, consists of 12 weeks of live training calls where you get to ask questions, practice with the coaching system and get high quality feedback, as well as listen in to others doing the coaching.

3. Ongoing support

The way you master a skill is by repeating it. But it's easy to start practicing wrong and most often coaches leave a coach training full of zeal and excitement, but end up with a lot of questions that are left unanswered. That's why at the Quantum Leap Coach Academy, you can revisit the program once at no additional cost.
