I have 20 years experience in the field of coaching and worked as an executive coach, having worked as a business analyst in my previous career. Hi, I´m Marga, a certified NLP & Neuro-Semantics trainer, a professional Business Coach and a spiritual leader.

I synergize business and spirituality, and show people how to get the best results in life and business by merging awesome frameworks and tools for Leadership, Organisations and Teams , with neuro-science, quantum physics, neuro-semantics and overarching spiritual principles.

My clients learn to balance, thrive and Quantum Leap their results in their personal life, professional life, spiritual life and physical life. They are all linked together.

And I do this in all the ways I can think of, packaging the messages, trainings and solutions all so differently depending on the audience, because I firmly believe in the words I heard my self say out loud many years ago;

Therefore I have 15 years experience in developing organisations, teams and individuals, with a special focus on the interpersonal dimension, leadership, teamwork, relationships, communication and self-leadership.

I´ve been teaching at one of the Leadership Development Programs at the BI Norwegian Business School, and training students in CoachTeam – House of Leaderhips four step Leadership- and Coach Education, based on NLP and Neuro-Semantics for about 3 years.

For 3 years now I´ve been a freelance independent coach-trainer, delivering coach-related trainings to various professional leadership- and coaching schools.

As well I´m a benchmarker and Coach Certifier for the Norwegian Coaching Association.

I´ve worked alongside Femke Mortimore with the Quantum Leap Coach Trainings in Norway for years, and I truly love the programs she has and the results the clients gets.
